第一次炸蛋散

由于妈妈感觉的蛋散水平近年来愈发下降,关键是买不到好的蛋散皮。于是按照下厨房的这个菜谱,今年自己从头试试做一次。

PDCA小结及对策,明年再战。

补充:
1. 这个菜谱里提到南乳要溶水里,并且用猪油代替沙拉油,感觉有用;
2. 两个菜谱都提到了面粉起窝,我没条件做,但是蛋可以试试打散了之后再下面团。
